Returns & Exchanges in case of a damaged / wrong products
Artangle90 does not have a return policy.
In exchange for the purchased product, we might request you to share an image of your product/s. For your order to qualify as an exchange.
You must raise an exchange request by emailing us at email@example.com within 24 hours of receipt of your order received.
Customized/made to order products cannot be exchanged/returned.
The customer will bear the shipping cost / charges to our warehouse for all the other reasons of exchange other than if the product delivered is damaged.
The product must be dispatched to our warehouse within 24 hours after the exchange request is raised.
Products bought/purchased during a sale will not be exchanged/returned.
Product packaging, labels & tags must not be tampered with.
The product must be in perfect condition.
Exchanges will be processed only once the product has been received in our warehouse and has been checked for quality.
The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location.
The order should be cancelled within 24 hours of the order placed.
Artangle90 reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under the circumstances where the requirement could not be met.
The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
