– File format: CDR file ONLY, No other formats please*.

1. As the product is customized, it will take 5-7 working days for processing once the design is confirmed.
2. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled/returned.
3. All seals are designed as per the image shared as specified above.
4. Since this product is custom made it could lead to minor scratches on the surface which should not be considered as a defect.
